At Rocket Canopy, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. The information below outlines our standard shipping practices, delivery timelines, and important notes to keep in mind when placing an order.
1. Order Processing Times
- Fast Fulfillment: Most orders ship same day or next business day depending on stock availability.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or requires additional processing time, our team will contact you promptly.
2. Shipping Methods
- All orders are shipped via FedEx, our trusted delivery partner.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Typical transit times once your order has shipped:
- East Coast: 2–4 business days
- West Coast: 4–6 business days
Delivery times are average estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods. Rocket Canopy cannot control or guarantee FedEx delivery timelines.
We strongly recommend placing orders with enough lead time to account for any unexpected shipping delays.
4. Shipping Address Requirements
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- Rocket Canopy is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- FedEx may not deliver oversized packages to P.O. Boxes—please provide a physical address if required.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Any promotional shipping offers will be applied automatically.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and any damage
- A brief description of the issue
For freight shipments or large items:
- Inspect the shipment before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- Note any visible damage on the paperwork.
- Take photos before opening.
- Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your FedEx tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
8. International & Non-Mainland U.S. Shipping
At this time, Rocket Canopy primarily ships within the United States. International shipments, if available, may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Hawaii & Alaska: Because these states are outside the lower 48 mainland, shipping rates can vary significantly. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.
