- Free Visuals: Every order includes a complimentary visual to bring your design ideas to life. Enjoy unlimited design changes to ensure everything is just right. We accept all image types for the visual stage, and your free visual will be emailed to you within 24 hours, often on the same day.
- Print Proofs: Once your design is finalized, we’ll prepare a detailed print proof. High-resolution images are required if not in vector format, though we recommend vector artwork for the best possible print quality. We also Pantone-match colors to ensure precision. Production lead time begins after your print proof is approved.
Artwork Template:
Please download the PDF artwork template above, complete your design, and upload the finished template when placing your order. If your files are too large to upload with your order, simply place your order and a member of our sales team will contact you within 24hrs. To ensure the best possible print quality, we require:
- All text and strokes to be outlined
- All images to be embedded
- Any pixel-based artwork must be a minimum of 300dpi
- Keep all important graphics inside the template areas marked on the template
Once we receive your artwork, it will automatically go through our free artwork
check, and one of our graphic designers will prepare final print proofs for you to review and approve. We will never send your artwork to production without your final proof approval.

Our custom printed canopy walls are made from 600D PU-coated polyester, a durable fabric designed for outdoor events. The material is waterproof, UV-resistant, and fire-rated to CPAI-84 and NFPA 701 standards.

Yes. The walls are designed for tool-free installation and attach using hook-and-loop straps that secure to the canopy frame and valance. This allows for quick setup and removal at events.
- Full Walls cover the entire side of the canopy and provide the most branding space.
- Half Walls cover the lower portion of the canopy side, helping guide foot traffic while keeping the booth open.
- Door Walls include a zippered entry, allowing easy access to the inside of your canopy.
Yes. The walls are constructed from PU-coated polyester, which provides water resistance for outdoor use. This helps protect your booth space and printed graphics during light rain.
