With a 5-year frame warranty, it’s designed for long-term use in both personal and commercial settings. Having such a sturdy six leg structure is crucial when it comes to supporting a tent that offers 200sq ft of coverage.
The frame is made from high-grade aluminum with 2" hexagonal legs, which provide superior strength, wind resistance, and durability. The 10ft x 20ft Pro Series features three heavy duty peak poles to support the canopy, and each peak pole sits on a large spring which helps absorb the impact of heavy rain and strong winds.
Yes! All of our tents feature the same 600D PU lined material with heat sealed seams, and it meets both NFPA7021 and CPAI84 standards.
Yes! Despite its heavy-duty construction, the Pro Series is designed for quick and easy setup. The 10ft x 20ft is easy to setup with two people - check out our frame setup guide for best practices. It’s important to setup the corner legs first and then extend the middle legs once the frame is setup and in position.
The lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the 10x15 frame, ensuring your tent remains sturdy and reliable. This includes any damage caused under normal use but excludes misuse, extreme weather conditions, or unauthorized modifications. It’s important that your tent frame is correctly tied and weighted down at all times.

The Pro Series is built for durability, offering excellent resistance to wind and rain. However, for safety and longevity, we recommend taking down the tent in extreme weather conditions like high winds or heavy snowfall.

To maintain the longevity of your tent, clean the canopy and walls with mild soap and water, and avoid using harsh chemicals. Always dry the tent before storing it to prevent mold or mildew from developing. All materials are also machine washable - just be sure to use a cool wash and slow spin speed.
