The Rocket Canopy 10x20 Pro Series Custom Canopy is built for teams that need professional-grade coverage across a larger footprint. With bold full-color graphics and our most durable frame, this tent delivers all-day protection and standout visibility for activations, vendor setups, and outdoor events.
Our premium full-spectrum printing uses advanced dye-sublimation technology to produce vibrant, full-color graphics with virtually unlimited design possibilities. Each canopy is constructed from durable 600D PU-coated polyester that is UV-protected, fire-rated (CPAI-84 & NFPA 701), and machine washable for long-lasting performance.
Free 3D Visuals
Every custom Rocket Canopy printed tent order includes a complimentary 3D visual so you can see your design brought to life before production begins. We offer unlimited design revisions at the visual stage, so you can refine the layout until it looks exactly right. You can upload artwork in almost any file format for the initial visual stage, and your free visual will be emailed to you within 24 hours, often the same day!
Please include all artwork and design notes for our design team when placing your order. If your files are too large to upload, you can use a file transfer service such as Smash and include the download link in your design notes.
To make the process simple, here is how every custom canopy order works:
- Design - Our team creates your free 3D visual based on the artwork and instructions you provide. We will work with you to make any changes needed until you are happy with the design.
- Artwork Review - Once the design is finalized, we review your submitted artwork to make sure it is suitable for large-format printing and identify whether any file adjustments are needed.
- Final Proof Approval - When everything is ready, our design team prepares a final print proof for your approval. Your order will only move into production once you have approved this final proof, giving you complete peace of mind before printing begins.

Backed by a lifetime frame warranty, the Pro Series uses 2-inch hex legs, reinforced truss bars, oversized steel feet, and a spring-loaded peak pole for dependable strength in wind, rain, and repeated setup conditions.
Durable 600D Canopy Material
The custom printed canopy is made from durable 600D PU-coated polyester designed for vibrant, long-lasting graphics. The fabric is UV-coated, fully fire-rated (CPAI-84 & NFPA 701), and machine washable for easy maintenance.
Artwork Template

Print Proofs
When you receive your print proofs, please review them on a desktop computer using a PDF viewer. This is your final chance to make sure spelling is correct, and everything meets your standards. There are no refunds on custom printed products.

- Production Lead Time: Average production lead time on custom printed products is 7-10 business days. Production lead time does NOT start at time of order, but begins once print proofs are approved.
- Reliable Delivery: We use FedEx for all deliveries to help ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

The Pro Series is built for durability, offering excellent resistance to wind and rain. However, for safety and longevity, we recommend taking down the tent in extreme weather conditions like high winds or heavy snowfall.

To maintain the longevity of your tent, clean the canopy and walls with mild soap and water, and avoid using harsh chemicals. Always dry the tent before storing it to prevent mold or mildew from developing. All materials are also machine washable - just be sure to use a cool wash and slow spin speed.
